Who Is Eligible

We are happy to accept individuals who recognise their drug and/or alcohol use has become problematic, or who are at increased risk of problematic drug and/or alcohol use, including individuals with co-occurring mental health challenges, known as dual diagnosis.

Referral data is minimal, for those participants wishing to access our activities with only the following information being required from the referring body: Full name, Date of birth (+18 only), contact phone and/or email details, emergency contact info along with any relevant risks and or health conditions associated with the individual.

Participants will also be asked to complete a Photograph Consent as well as a Consent to be contacted by the Phoenix Heroes. Neither of which are mandatory.
