Phoenix Heroes Activities Cymru CIC is a 12 month pilot project delivering free diversionary group activities in a safe and inclusive environment for those who at increased risk of and/or recognise their drug and/or alcohol use has become problematic including individuals with co-occurring mental health (MH) challenges, known as dual diagnosis (DD).
